Maldives Monetary Authority (MMA) has revealed banks will be providing services during the upcoming Eid holidays on May 4.
The government will be closed from April 29 to May 7 for Eid al-Fitr and weekends. However, MMA said that banking services will be provided on May 4. The authority has also announced public service hours for the public. As such, banking services will be available from 0930hrs to 1200hrs under an appointment policy. MMA said letters and items can also be submitted during the same hours.
Bank of Maldives (BML) has decided to provide services from 0930hrs to 1200hrs on May 4.
