PCB appoints board directors to three companies

Privatisation and Corporatisation Board (PCB) has appointed members to the board of directors of three state-owned enterprises (SOEs).

PCB appointed board members to Dhiraagu, Aasandha Company Limited, and Housing Development Corporation (HDC). As such, PCB appointed former Parliamentarian Abdulla Abdul Raheem to the board of Dhiraagu. The government is tasked with appointing four of the nine board members of the telecommunications company. Additionally, PCB appointed Aminath Suveyza Naeem to the board of HDC and Ahmed Shabaah to the board of Aasandha.
