CSTI holds 7th session of Executive Enhancement and Enrichment Programme

Civil Service Training Institute (CSTI) has held the 7th session of the Executive Enhancement and Enrichment Programme (EEEP) 2021-2023.

The seventh session of the programme, titled Wellness and World-Life Balance, was held in collaboration with the President’s Office. Senior government officials and company executives joined the session held at the Maldives National University (MNU) Business School auditorium.

The session focused on achieving and maintaining a work-life balance to boost productivity and satisfaction, while also maintaining emotional and physical health. The session provided participants with tips on how to balance their work and home life, manage time better, focus on prioritising tasks and set accurate and achievable goals. The session was facilitated by Mariyam Mohamed who is an author, speak and coach on wellness at the workplace, and Hawwa Leesha who is a coach, trainer, and entrepreneur who help individuals unlock their full potential and live a happy and peaceful life.

EEEP was officially launched on December 27, 2021, by President Ibrahim Mohamed Solih to improve the skills and capabilities of political and executive-level staff in public offices. Local and international experts in relevant fields would facilitate the two-year training programme.
