Inner Maldives Holidays Private Limited has revealed that Flydubai will connect Addu City in the Maldives with 250 destinations.
Flydubai, an United Arab Emirates (UAE) government-owned low-cost airline, is preparing to launch direct flights to Addu from February 4, 2023. Flydubai will fly to the Maldives daily with the launch of flights from Dubai to Addu. The flights will be operated from Dubai International Airport to Gan International Airport.
Managing Director of Inner Maldives Mohamed Firaq said the flights will connect the Maldives with the destinations that already attract a large number of tourists. He said that Dubai is a hub and tourists from other airlines can fly to Addu from Flydubai.
