Private school with robotics lab to be built in Hulhumale’

Housing Development Corporation (HDC) and Villa Education Services Private Limited have signed an agreement to develop a private school with a robotics lab in Hulhumale’.

The agreement was signed by Managing Director of HDC Ahmed Athif and Rector of Villa College Ahmed Anwar. Villa Education Services is tasked with developing a six-storey private school with 20 classrooms in Hulhumale’ Phase I. The school will accommodate 761 students of grades 1-12.

HDC stated that the private school will have all necessary facilities and resources, and will also have a robotics lab. The company added that the school will open up around 100 job opportunities in the administrative and academic sectors.

HDC is expanding education opportunities for residents of Hulhumale’. As such, the company has handed over land plots to develop four government schools and one private school.
