Ministry of Education had revealed that four more contractors have been awarded to write reference books in the Dhivehi language for use in teacher training courses.
The education ministry contract to write the reference book in Dhivehi language under the Maldives Learning and Advancement and Measurement Project (LAMP). In addition, eight others have already been awarded the contract. The work is being carried out by the Ministry of Higher Education under the LAMP project to further strengthen the quality of teacher training courses.
LAMP is a project established at the education ministry, under the grant assistance of the Global Partnership for Education (GPE). The higher education ministry is involved in this project along with the education ministry.
