Manta Air procures 12 more seaplanes to expand service

Manta Air has begun the acquisition of 12 more seaplanes to further expand its seaplane operations.

Manta Air has announced seeking to lease or purchase 12 DHC-6 twin otter auto aircraft. The airline has asked interested candidates to submit an expression of interest (EOI) by December 15.

Manta Air currently has 16 aircraft in its seaplane fleet and operates in 17 resorts. Manta Air said it is looking for 12 more seaplanes to meet the demand.

In addition to seaplane operations, Manta Air provides flights to domestic terminals in its ATR model aircraft.
