Island Aviation Services Limited (IASL) has announced a fare on discounted flights to Cochin and Trivandrum.
IASL, which operates the national airline, Maldivian, stated that the fare will offer over 50% discount on tickets to Cochin and Trivandrum. As such, ticket bookings are open until the end of March. Tickets under the promotion will be valid until April 17. Under the promotion, return tickets for Cochin will cost USD216, which was previously USD400. A return ticket to Trivandrum, which used to cost USD500, will now cost USD232.
IASL stated that the price of Cochin and Trivandrum tickets has been reduced to ensure that passengers who wish to travel to India for medical reasons and other purposes during the holy month of Ramadan can get the cheapest tickets possible. IASL currently operates international flights to Cochin and Trivandrum in India and Dhaka in Bangladesh.
