Urbanco has stated that the owners will be responsible for any internal repairs of the Hiyaa flats from July onwards.
Urbanco stated that the contractor defects liability period was until December 31, 2022. Urbanco continued to provide maintenance service for six months even after the service contract expired. Apartments will be under the full responsibility and control of the owner after it has been handed over to them, according to the contract. However, Urbanco set a specific period for maintenance considering the possibility of a contractor defect.
Urbanco has resolved many of the issues submitted to the company so far. As such, the number of maintenance complaints decreased. Therefore, Urbanco will only look into problems with common areas and facilities in the flats from July onwards. However, technical assistance will be provided for any internal issues in the flats.
