STO stated that customers can easily pay by scanning a QR code placed at the counter through the Ooredoo application with the launch of the service. As such, he said that the m-Faisaa service is an example of the efforts made by the company in bringing customers fast and convenient service.
Speaking at the launch of the service, the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Ooredoo Maldives Khalid Al-Hamadi said that customers can enjoy the convenience of digital payment through a secure and robust digital service.
