Maldives Pension Administration Office has revealed that Maldives Finance Forum 2023 will focus on financial technology (Fintech). The forum is scheduled to be held on May 29 at Kurumba Maldives resort.

The Pension Office has been holding the finance forum annually since 2012 to provide a platform for stakeholders and experts in the financial sector to discuss the economic development of the Maldives. The theme of this year's forum is The Future of Finance: Exploring the Intersection of financial technology and artificial intelligence (AI), with the aim to create a dialogue on how Fintech and AI are shaping the future of finance, as well as explore the role they can play in the Maldives financial sector.

The forum is expected to be a grand event with both international and local Fintech experts, and leaders of the Maldives Fintech industries contributing to the forum. The forum will also provide an opportunity for those working in the finance and financial technology sectors of the Maldives to share their research and projects.
