Eyecare Opticals Maldives has donated essential equipment and furniture to children living in Fiyavathi State Care Facility in Hulhumale'. The donation was made on the occasion of the company's 20th anniversary.
The donation was handed over by the Administrator of Eyecare Aminath Enas and was received by the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Fiyavathi Zeena Qasim.
Eyecare Opticals always work to provide assistance that will benefit the community. The company also donated items to families in need in collaboration with Moms Offering Moms Support (MOMS), a non-governmental organisation (NGO), as part of its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR).
Fiyavathi State Care Facility looks after children who are taken into custody by the state for various reasons. More than 80 children are currently looked after at the facility.
