Bank of Maldives (BML) has announced the appointment of new Board Directors.
The appointment was confirmed at the 40th Annual General Meeting (AGM). During the meeting, new members and a chairperson were appointed to the Board of Directors.
The directors nominated by the government and appointed to the board are Karl Stumke, Yooshau Saeed, Aishath Nooradheen, Juwairiya Saeed, Abdulla Hassan, Abdulla Husam Shareef, and Aishath Sajny. In addition, the directors nominated by the public shareholders and appointed to the board are Ibrahim Mohamed, Ahmed Mohamed, and Abdulla Naseem.
BML also appointed Yooshau Saeed as the Chairperson of the Board of Directors.
