Housing Development Corporation Limited (HDC) is seeking a contractor to build a seven-storey office building in Hulhumale’.
HDC opened the project for tender under a design and build policy. The pre-bid meeting will be held via Zoom on July 4 and the bid submission and opening deadline is on July 31. Interested parties can inquire about the project until July 11.
The chosen contractor will be tasked with developing the office building on a 5,260sqft land plot adjacent to the Maldives Red Crescent building in Hulhumale’ Phase I. The building is to be designed to accommodate a variety of activities as well as modern office facilities. The building should also meet various needs of HDC, government and private offices, and include space for commercial businesses, vehicle parking, and a terrace.
