Maldives Association of Travel Agents and Tour Operators (MATATO) is accepting nominations for the Maldives Travel Awards 2023. MATATO will be accepting nominations until July 10.
The Maldives Travel Awards 2023 is a prestigious event that seeks to acknowledge and celebrate excellence in the Maldivian travel and tourism industry. Industry professionals and enthusiasts are encouraged to submit their nominations for resorts, guesthouses, liveaboards, and various travel service providers that have made an impact on the industry.
This year's awards will encompass 32 categories, including resort cruise and services and 10 guesthouse categories, ensuring a comprehensive representation of the diverse offerings within the Maldives compared to previous editions. Following the nomination period, the next phase will be the commencement of online voting on July 10, which will provide an opportunity for travelers and industry stakeholders to cast their votes for their favorite nominees. Winners will be announced and celebrated for their exceptional contributions to the tourism industry at the Maldives Travel Awards 2023 ceremony to be held on August 24.
MATATO has been hosting the Maldives Travel Awards since 2012 to recognise the outstanding service providers and companies working in the Maldivian tourism industry. Maldives Travel Awards 2023 is being held after a two-year hiatus.
