Salahuddin School will be open for new academic year

Ministry of Education has announced that Salahuddin School in Hulhumale' Phase II will be opened for the new academic year.

Minister of Education Dr. Aishath Ali conducted a significant meeting at Rehendhi School, bringing together the parents of students who will be attending Salahuddin School. This informative session was attended by representatives from the education ministry, who shared essential details with the parents about the meticulous preparations being made for the grand opening of the school.

Speaking to PSM News, Permanent Secretary at the Ministry of Education Ahmed Ali announced that the school will commence teaching students from grades 1-9 during the new academic year, with plans to introduce grade 10 classes from the following year. He also noted that this academic year has seen the successful enrollment of a total of 1,408 children in the school.

The education ministry has appointed a principal for Salahuddin School and is currently recruiting teachers. In addition, the new Dharumavantha School building and the Centre for Higher Secondary Education (CHSE) building in Hulhumale' Phase I will be opened for the new academic year.
