President inaugurates school extension, Fenaka office in Dhevvadhoo

President Ibrahim Mohamed Solih has inaugurated the school extension building and an office of Fenaka Corporation Limited in Dhevvadhoo.

The new two-storey extension building of Sultan Mohamed School in Dhevvadhoo comprises two classrooms, a health room, and a library. The project was carried out by Wellman Maldives Private Limited.

The new Fenaka office is a state-of-the-art building with ample space for 30 employees. Strategically located away from community residences, the project replaces the island's previous powerhouse and demonstrates the administration's commitment to addressing the challenges island residents face.

President Solih also inaugurated the Azzrova Pipe Factory, developed in Dhevvadhoo by a private business. Owned by Azzrova Maldives Private Limited, the factory specialises in the manufacture of pipes for water, sewerage, and other purposes.

Under President Solih's leadership, the administration has made significant progress towards achieving equitable development across all inhabited islands in the Maldives. This includes improving the quality of life for citizens and empowering them to lead dignified lives. During his visits to various islands, President Solih is officially inaugurating the completion of numerous projects and services.
