President inaugurates infrastructure projects in Kanduhulhudhoo

President Ibrahim Mohamed Solih has marked the completion of several infrastructure development projects in Kanduhulhudhoo, Gaafu Alifu Atoll.

The projects include the water and sewerage network, an office of Fenaka Corporation Limited, and a volleyball court. President Solih opened the facilities during his visit to the atoll.

The water and sewerage network in Kanduhulhudhoo was contracted to Static Company Private Limited. The newly constructed Fenaka office, located in the residential area of the island, is equipped with modern amenities and can accommodate up to 30 staff members. In addition, the powerhouse has been strategically located away from residential areas.

President Solih also inaugurated the island’s volleyball court. The administration is committed to promoting healthy lifestyles and has prioritised the development of sports infrastructure.
