President's marks completion of key projects in Kondey

President Ibrahim Mohamed Solih has marked the completion of several key projects in Kondey, Gaafu Alifu Atoll.

During his visit, President Solih inaugurated the new building of the island council, the new office of Fenaka Corporation Limited, and the powerhouse in Kondey. The new facilities will improve the quality of life for the island's residents and boost economic development.

The new Kondey Island Council building is a spacious and modern office building. The project was contracted to A Man Maldives Private Limited. In addition, the Fenaka office is spacious and modern and can accommodate 30 employees while the powerhouse has an electricity generation capacity of 500KW. The old powerhouse was built 21 years ago.

Under President Solih's leadership, the administration has made significant strides toward achieving equitable development across all inhabited islands in the Maldives. The progress made includes enhancing the quality of life for citizens and empowering them to lead dignified lives.

During his visits to various islands, President Solih is officially inaugurating the completion of numerous projects and services.
