President Ibrahim Mohamed Solih has inaugurated the new extension of the healthcare centre in Vaikaradhoo, Haa Dhaalu Atoll.
The new extension building of the healthcare centre in Vaikaradhoo comprises a range of facilities designed to enhance the provision of healthcare services to the local community. These include an administrative area for managing healthcare employees, a public health unit providing preventative and promotional health services, a counselling room, a meeting room, a medical store, a general store, and a garage space. Perfect Malafehi Maldives Private Limited constructed the facility, demonstrating a commitment to quality and excellence in the delivery of healthcare services.
The administration stated it has achieved significant strides towards equitable development across all inhabited islands in the Maldives. This includes enhancing the quality of life for citizens and empowering them to lead dignified lives.
