The Elections Commission of the Maldives (ECM) has announced its initiative to offer its services through an online platform.
ECM stated that individuals seeking services online can conveniently use the commission's online portal accessible through the eFaas application. The initiative aims to enhance accessibility for the public and facilitate easy access to the commission's services.
ECM stated that the introduction of the eFaas platform will enable the online availability of various crucial services provided by the commission. The services encompass tasks such as re-registering for elections and applying to become a polling station official. In addition, individuals can now access online services for checking registered ballot boxes and verifying registered political parties.
