Three towers of FDC to be ready by March 2024

Fahi Dhiriulhun Corporation (FDC) has announced the progress of its housing project, comprising 4,000 units, with three towers expected to be ready for occupancy by March 2024.

Journalists were provided with a tour, shedding light on the ongoing development of the flats under FDC's planning.

Of the 32 towers, three are in the final stages of construction, with all practical work set to conclude by March next year. Notably, one tower's structure has been successfully completed, while others are advancing through various stages of construction.

FDC revealed the structure of one tower has been completed while the structure of some towers is in various stages. The shipment of panel boards for the towers was received 2 weeks ago, and the first shipment of the towers’ elevators is now on its way, FDC said.

FDC emphasizes that alongside the ongoing structural developments, finishing touches such as painting, tiling, and the installation of electricity and water systems are currently in progress.

Moreover, FDC is committed to ensuring the provision of essential services in the area, anticipating the needs of future residents as the project nears completion.

The corporation said it will initiate the agreement signing process once Ministry of Housing and Urban Development provides them with the recipient list. FDC said a portal has been prepared and all administrative arrangements in place for the next phase of the project.

While the original completion target was set for the upcoming year, FDC acknowledges that the current timeline extends to 2025.
