The national airline, Maldivian, has decided to increase its flights to Hoarafushi Airport.
Maldivian stated that it will operate four flights a week to Hoarafushi Airport from April 1. The flights are set to take place on Sundays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays each week.
Currently, the national airline operates three weekly flights to Hoarafushi Airport on Sundays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.
Hoarafushi Airport is situated as the northernmost airport in the country. It also initiated night flights in April last year.
