President pledges to improve health services in Dhidhdhoo

President Dr. Mohamed Muizzu has pledged to develop a high-quality hospital on Dhidhdhoo, aiming to improve overall health services for the residents. The commitment was announced during his interaction with the residents of Dhidhdhoo, Haa Alifu Atoll as part of his ongoing tour of several islands in the north.

President Muizzu stated that the hospital building would be constructed to reflect the aspirations of the people and serve the entire atoll. Emphasising the need for swift action, he outlined measures to enhance current hospital services, including the prompt provision of an additional ambulance.

In addition to the healthcare initiatives, the President reiterated the commitment to advancing the development of Dhidhdhoo as previously pledged. He also announced an additional land reclamation initiative for the island.

Underlining the urgency of developmental needs, President Muizzu stated that the Administration's priority is the implementation of a housing project. Simultaneously, efforts will be directed towards addressing other crucial developmental needs on Dhidhdhoo. The President's commitment reflects a comprehensive approach to improving healthcare, transportation, and overall infrastructure for the benefit of the island's residents.
