President Dr. Mohamed Muizzu has held a meeting with members of the Shaviyani Atoll Council and Women's Development Committee (WDC) at the Secretariat of the Shaviyani Atoll Council.
During the meeting, the Council members highlighted key development components, including promoting tourism, improving services at the atoll hospital, establishing a Maldives National University (MNU) Campus, setting up a passport collection site, and creating an Ice Plant for fishermen's convenience.
President Muizzu assured the Council that the Administration is committed to addressing these priorities. Ministers in attendance provided updates on the Government's ongoing efforts to tackle the raised issues.
