President Dr. Mohamed Muizzu has met with the members of Dhanbidhoo Island Council and Women's Development Committee (WDC) to address pressing issues affecting the residents.
During the meeting, Council members expressed concern about the discontinuation of significant developmental projects, emphasising the importance of establishing a mosque, social centre, as well as initiating the practical work of tarring its main road.
Furthermore, Council highlighted the substantial challenges faced by coastal erosion, seeking a suitable resolution. They further expressed worries about the ongoing housing crisis on the island.
President Muizzu validated the council members that he would address the raised issues and provided updates on the primary issues through the attending Ministers.
