President Dr. Muizzu has extended his wishes for a speedy recovery to King Salman bin Abdulaziz of Saudi Arabia, who is currently ill.
In a social media post, President Muizzu expressed his concern for King Salman’s health and extended well-wishes on behalf of the government and the people of the Maldives. He also prayed for the Almighty to bless the Saudi King with good health and a long life.
Similarly, Vice President Hussain Mohamed Latheef posted on social media, wishing King Salman a quick recovery and expressing his condolences.
King Salman has been ill for several days, diagnosed with a lung disease. He underwent tests after experiencing severe fever and joint pain and is currently receiving treatment at the Al-Salam Palace in Riyadh, according to media reports.
