Vice President Hussain Mohamed Latheef has inaugurated the Aséria Homes and Townhouses project in Hulhumalé Phase 2.
The Aséria Homes and Townhouses project, an initiative by the Housing Development Corporation (HDC). The project has been contracted to Batch Construction Private Limited. Located at the northeastern tip of Hulhumalé Phase 2, the project covers an expansive 300,000 acres. It will feature three distinct types of residences: 37 units of Beach Dwellings, 14 units of Garden Dwellings, and 22 units of Urban Dwellings. Each unit will encompass 2,000 acres and will be designed to accommodate 1,200 acres of resident space.
Residents will enjoy semi-guarded security, a private neighborhood, a resident garden, a guardroom, a police station, and a clubhouse. Additional amenities include an exclusive lap pool, pool house, wellness center, recreation center, multipurpose event hall, and a commercial complex.
This upscale residential construction project is slated for completion within three years and is the most luxurious housing project ever developed in Hulhumalé. In addition to providing luxury living, the project is expected to create over 100 jobs. HDC believes that this project will significantly boost the economy of Hulhumalé.
