President Dr. Mohamed Muizzu has conveyed heartfelt felicitations to the leaders of Islamic nations on the advent of the Islamic New Year 1446.
In messages sent to the leaders of Islamic nations, President Dr. Muizzu prayed that this new year usher in joy, peace, and harmony for all the Islamic brothers and sisters across the world and that Almighty’s mercy and blessings be granted to those suffering.
In his messages, the president also added hope that Almighty Allah bestows bountiful blessings and bring the countries together for the peace, solidarity, and prosperity of the Muslim Ummah.
While President Dr. Muizzu sent his well-wishes commemorating the beginning of the Islamic New Year, he expressed deep concern about the unjust violence faced by our Muslim brothers and sisters in Palestine in a statement. The president emphasised the urgency of collaborative efforts of the Ummah to overcome these challenges.
