Minister of Defence Mohamed Ghassan Maumoon has announced that the efforts of President Dr. Mohamed Muizzu to enhance the capabilities of the Maldivian National Defence Force (MNDF) will soon be evident.

Speaking about the Independence Day parade and the National Cadet Corps parade route march, Minister Ghassan highlighted the advance preparations of the MNDF. He noted that the march exemplifies the dedication of President Muizzu, who is working to strengthen the military and prioritise the protection of the nation's independence and sovereignty.

Additionally, Minister Ghassan emphasised that the march demonstrates the well-trained, organised, and united military of the Maldives.
