Students given opportunity to volunteer at Higher Education Ministry

The Ministry of Higher Education, Labour, and Skills Development has announced that O-Level students will have the opportunity to volunteer within the ministry.

The initiative aims to provide O-Level students entering the workforce with valuable work experience and foster their interest in various professions. Volunteers will work in the ministry for three months and receive a certificate of experience upon completion.

The ministry has extended the opportunity for individuals needing more than three months of work experience. Interested students must submit a letter of interest, a CV, a copy of their citizenship card, and, if under 18, a parental consent letter.

Students who have completed grade 10 are eligible to apply, and the application period is open until 1330hrs on August 7.
