President Dr. Mohamed Muizzu has firmly asserted that he has never sought to influence any independent state institution and will steadfastly maintain this commitment in the future.
In a social media post, he emphasised that he has never interfered with the functions of any state authority, independent institution, or elected body. The President reaffirmed his commitment to ensuring that these institutions operate with justice, fairness, and equality, free from external pressures.
The President also stated that his administration would propose any necessary amendments to laws and regulations to promote these values.
