President Dr Muizzu Dismisses Tourism Minister Faisal

President Dr Mohamed Muizzu has dismissed Ibrahim Faisal from his position as the Minister of Tourism. The announcement was made in an official statement issued by the President's Office.

According to the statement, President Dr Muizzu has assigned interim oversight of the tourism ministry to Mohamed Saeed, the Minister of Economic Development and Trade, effective this Tuesday. Faisal, who was appointed as the Minister of Tourism on 17 November 2023, has been relieved of his duties.
