Minister of Foreign Affairs of the State of Palestine Riad Malki on Wednesday paid a courtesy call on Vice President Abdulla Jihad .
During the call held Wednesday afternoon at the Putrajaya Convention Centre in Malaysia, the Vice President expressed sincere gratitude for the opportunity to meet with the Foreign Minister of Palestine and conveyed greetings and good wishes of the Government and the people of the Maldives to the Government and the people of Palestine. The Vice President also expressed confidence that the brotherly relations between the two countries will grow from strength to strength in the years ahead.
The Vice President was accompanied at the call by High Commissioner of Maldives to Malaysia Mohamed Fahmy Hassan, Under Secretary at the President’s Office Mohamed Naseer, and Deputy High Commissioner Ghaniya Abdul Ghafoor
