Public Service Media, PSM on Monday appointed EVO as the co-sponsor plus of Maldivian Idol Season 2.
PSM signed the sponsorship agreement with EVO at a ceremony held at Television Maldives.
PSM is now preparing for the second season of Maldivian Idol after the successful conclusion of the first season earlier this year with sponsorship agreements being signed with various sponsors.
Telecom provider Dhiraagu was appointed as the title sponsor of Maldivian Idol Season 2 while Allied Insurance is named the main sponsor.
Projects Manager of Maldivian Idol and Deputy Managing Director of PSM Aiminath Shaayan Shahid said “sponsorship opportunities are still available for the new season.”
She said “pre-registration for the auditions has now begun and prospective entrants can register via SMS.”
Locations for the auditions will be announced after the conclusion of pre-registration, according Shayan.
The registration deadline is the 10th of September, and anyone between 16 and 30 years of age can sign up for the auditions.
PSM is currently seeking judges and hosts for the new season.
