Jogging track to be completed in ten days

The contractors of the jogging track being developed at the Rasfannu Beach said Monday that the project is expected to be completed in ten days if weather permits.

The contractors of the project, Vistaria Singapore Limited and Sekurise Private Limited, said the project had been delayed due to unfavourable weather conditions.

Project manager for the company Hussein Hameed said the projects is still in progress and that some renovation works are now underway.

He cited that the jogging track is being developed to international standards, following extensive surveys.

The 700-metre long 1.2-metre wide track, spans from the western edge of Rasfannu Beach to the Tsunami Monument Park.
