Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of Maldives Ports Limited (MPL), Hussain Shafeeq
Hussain Shafeeq has been appointed as the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of Maldives Ports Limited (MPL).
The Privatisation and Corporatisation Board (PCB) announced that it has appointed Hussain Shafeeq, as a Board Member, Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of MPL, with effect from April 22, 2026.
He assumes the role following the resignation of former CEO and Managing Director Mohamed Rishwan, who stepped down from the position on the 6th of this month.
