Education Minister concludes visit to Lhaviyani Atoll

Education Minister Dr Aishath Shiham concluded her tour of schools in Lhaviyani Atoll on Sunday.

She visited four schools in Lhaviyani Atoll including Lhaviyani Atoll Education Centre in Kurendhoo, Madhrasathul Ifthithaah of Naifaru, Hinnavaru Education Centre and Olhuvelifushi Education Centre.

During her visits to the schools, the minister met with school managements, teachers, school boards, and PTA members, inquired about difficulties faced by them, and shared information about the Government’s education policy and efforts to strengthen the education system.

She also met with members of councils during her tour.  

The minister has so far visited schools in 19 atolls.
