PCB appoints new board members to four state-owned companies

The Privatisation and Corporatisation Board (PCB) has appointed new members to the Boards of Directors of four state-owned companies.

The companies receiving new board members are Maldives Hajj Corporation, Housing Development Corporation (HDC), Island Aviation Services Limited, Fahi Dhiriulhun Corporation (FDC).

Appointments made to the companies:

Maldives Hajj Corporation: Abdulla Yameen
Housing Development Corporation: Maeesha Ibrahim
Island Aviation Services Limited: Shahid Moosa
Fahi Dhiriulhun Corporation: Ahmed Mazin

The government said the appointments are aimed at strengthening the management and governance of state-owned companies. The newly appointed board members are qualified individuals with education and experience in various fields.
