Malé Water and Sewerage Company (MWSC) has opened its first auditorium, designed with modern facilities for conferences and meetings.
Sheikh Ahmed Sameer inaugurated the new facility, marking the opening of the first auditorium established at MWSC.
The auditorium is the first of its kind at MWSC, ending the company's reliance on rented venues to hold meetings. The auditorium includes a conference room with a capacity of 425 people and a boardroom that can accommodate 28 people. It also offers catering arrangements and modern facilities for hosting conferences and meetings.
MWSC Managing Director Hussain Fahmy said the company’s employees developed the facility and completed the auditorium within 45 days.
With the facility now complete, MWSC plans to make the auditorium available for corporate events as well as various Government events.
A large number of MWSC employees attended the auditorium’s opening ceremony.
