STO launches portal for AGM

State Trading Organization (STO) has launched a specialized portal in its website for its upcoming Annual General Meeting.

Speaking to media, the Managing Director of STO, Ahmed Shaheer said that the special page will include details relating to their 2016 AGM. Shaheer said that shareholder of the company will be able to register for the AGM through the newly introduced portal till 25th of this month.

STO's AGM 2016 is to be held on the 30th of May at Dharubaaruge Convention Centre.

Furthermore, STO said that for the first time in the company's history they will also be using a specialized electronic voting system created by their staff to cast votes during the AGM 2016.
