Health Minister vows to complete nursing framework

Minister of Health Abdulla Nazim has expressed confidence that work on formulating the nursing framework, would be completed soon.

In a special statement delivered via PSM News on the occasion of Nurses’ Day, Minster Nazim noted the valuable services rendered by nurses to the country.

In the statement, the minister described nurses as the backbone of the healthcare system.

“Work is now underway to solve problems nurses face and improve the situation for nurses. With God’s Will, work on formulating the nursing framework, which is the most worrisome issue for nurses, would be completed as soon as possible and we shall begin providing service, through that framework,” said Nazim.
