Maldivian Chef Siddique Ibrahim won gold in the Culinary Art and Food Expo 2017. Siddique Ibrahim who is also a staff of the Maldivian National Defense Force (MNDF) won gold medal in the category of wedding structure.
More than 2 thousand well known chefs are participating in the Culinary Art and Food Expo 2017 which is taking place in Sri Lanka. The expo which runs for four days also has various Maldivian chefs participating in it from different categories. These categories include hot cooking live, vegetarian dish and the Salad plate.
Maldivian Chefs took part as representatives of the Chef Guilds Maldives. Chef Guild Maldives has provided major opportunities for the Maldivian Chefs to showcase talent at an international level.
