President Abdulla Yameen Abdul Gayoom has attended a gathering organised by the ruling Progressive Party of Maldives (PPM).
The gathering held at the Capital City, Male’, was attended by cabinet members, parliament members, government officials and members of the general public. The gathering celebrates the four successful years of the government. It also kicked off the anniversary celebrations of PPM.

Speaking at the ceremony, the President Abdulla Yameen Abdul Gayoom reiterated that his administration will recover the lost assets of the government. As November 17 will celebrate four years of his administration, President Yameen assured that he will soon announce the 2018 Manifesto.
In his speech President Yameen thanked all the citizens for supporting the development efforts of the administration. The President also highlighted major development projects and achievements of the government.
