The First Lady of Maldives Fathimath Ibrahim has arrived in Addu City for "Emme Gaathun" social campaign. During the social campaign, the First Lady will hold meetings with the citizens to hear opinions and complaints, with priority being given for the disabled and the elderly people of the community.
During her trip to Addu City this year, the First lady is accompanied by the Minister of Defence and National Security Adam Shareef Umar, Minister of Economic Development Mohamed Saeed, parliamentarians and several government officials.
The First Lady has previously conducted successful "Emme Gaathun" campaigns in the previous years.
