First Lady Fathimath Ibrahim has met First Lady of Malaysia Rosmah Mansor at Mulee'aage, as part of the official visit of Prime Minister of Malaysia Najib Abdul Razak to Maldives.
After the meeting, First Lady Fathimath Ibrahim and Malyasian First lady visited Fiyavathi shelter for children in Hulhumale'. During the visit, First Lady Fathimath Ibrahim and Rosmah Mansor toured Fiyavathi Shelter, and viewed children's art displays and Maldivian cultural displays at the shelter. Fiyavathi shelter is a two-storey building with 12 rooms, where all facilities are separated for girls and boys.
As part of today's visit, a donation was handed over by Dr. Mohamed Maliki Bin Mohamed Rapiee of the Malaysia international Youth Centre to Fiyavathi shelter. The CEO of Fiyavathi Fathimath Shiyama accepted the donation on behalf of the shelter.
