Defense Minister meets German Ambassador

German Ambassador to Maldives Joern Rohde has met with the Minister of Defense and National Security Adam Shareef Umar. 

Discussions at the meeting were focused mainly on the close relations between both countries. 

During the meeting, the Minister and the Ambassador discussed ways to further enhance relations in mutual areas of concern, particularly in combatting terrorism. Defence Minister shared information about effort by the government to combat terrorism.
