Maldives Marketing and Public Relations Corporation (MMPRC) has revealed that 27 Maldivian companies will take part in Moscow International Travel and Tourism Exhibition (MITT). Companies are fully prepared for the exhibition scheduled to be held on March 13 in Moscow, Russia, according to MMPRC.
MMPRC disclosed the rules and regulations to be followed during the exhibition, at a pre-meeting held to provide detailed information about the exhibition and provide the opportunity for the co-participants to clarify any information prior to the start of the exhibition.
The importance of Russian market to the Maldivian tourism sector, acting Managing Director of MMPRC Haris Mohamed noted speaking at the meeting. The number of Maldivian companies participating in international exhibitions are increasing every year, he highlighted.
MMPRC, together with over 50 representatives from 28 companies will be taking part in MITT 2018, which will be held in Moscow, Russia from March 13-15. The Maldives delegation will be headed by acting Managing Director of MMPRC.
MITT is one of the largest trade shows for travel and tourism in Russia and is an important meeting place for the industry and a very good opportunity to network with colleagues and customers. About 2,056 exhibitors from 97 countries are expected to participate in the three-day fair. MITT is the largest B2B travel event in Russia and the CIS, attracting representatives of the tourism industry from Russia and other regions of the world.
