Maldives Association for Travel Agents and Tour Operators (MATATO) has opened application opportunity for Outbound Travel Road Show to be held in United States. The Outbound Travel Road Show is scheduled to be held in October in Chicago, New York and Miami.
Interested parties can apply to participate in the roadshow until March 29, according to a statement issued by MATATO. The association revealed that various B2B events will be held during the show with the participation of world-renowned tour operators and agents.
The number of tourist arrivals from America has seen a significant rise year on year, according to statistics. In this regard, Maldives recorded a 20.5 percent boost in tourist arrivals from America in January 2018 compared to the same month of last year.
