Chief Executive Officer of GLONET Private Limited Mohamed Naseem Ahmed stated the clear vision of students in pursuing higher education in recent times is a testimony of the success of education fairs held in the country.
The company has always prioritised quality over quantity, Mohamed Naseem Ahmed said in an exclusive interview with PSM News. Naseem said the fair has witnessed high rated universities representing scholarship opportunities for the locals in fields such as health sciences, engineering and information and technology. Noting that vast changes have been witnessed in the approach of locals towards the education fair, he highlighted the clear vision of students in pursuing higher education in recent times is a testimony of the success of such fairs conducted in the country.

Previously students were not aware of what stream to go forward with thus prompting them to switch the programme in mid way, but now we see that students who come in here knows what they want to be and which college they want to get admission into. This shows the success of education fairs held in the country.

Continuing on, Mohamed Naseem Ahmed noted the participants who could not complete the application process still have the chance to attain scholarship opportunities provided. On this note, he said the GLONET office would always welcome students and would act as a mediator for international universities.

Students who could not complete the application procedures through the fair still have the chance to do that by coming directly to our office. Services such as course information and counselling, visa procedures, credit transfers, information about hostel, career guidance and registration was provided at the fair, according to information provided by organisers. The exhibitors expressed elatedness on the rave response received by the public.
Two lucky winners from the registered students at the universities through the fair would stand a chance to win a tour of the universities, as per information provided by GLONET Private Limited. The three-day tour would be fully funded by the universities with a tour of the campus and would provide the chance to experience accommodation blocks and other facilities at the universities.
22nd GLONET Education Fair is designed to provide an educational platform for prospective students to further obtain help in planning and making informed decisions prior to further studies at the representative university. In addition, the platform provides a chance for facilitators from universities will share with students important information on university and college applications.
